Procedure


The download of balances to the time recording system must be controlled at two points:


1. You specify here that the period balance formed in time evaluation should be made accessible and entered in one of the info fields of the HR mini-master when data is downloaded to the time recording system.


2. The PDC Master Record Information view controls the entry of data from the balances into the info fields.

For Maximum requirement we don't touch any field just PS grouping with Time Type that's it to fill the requirement.

As Time type we use just store the Quota Value.
