In Qatar, Eid is observed on June 5, Wednesday. “Qatar astronomical society expected that the first day of Eid Al Fitr will fall on Wednesday, June 5th. The State of Qatar depends on the Eid announcement from the Crescent Moon Sighting Committee of the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs,” a statement issued by the Qatar News Agency stated.
