Radha (Nargis) gets married to Shamu (Raaj Kumar) while her mother-in-law borrows five hundred rupees from the village moneylender Sukhilala (Kanhaiya Lal). She signs a paper believing that he has written that she should give him one-fourth of her crop every year in return for the loan. But what the paper actually says is that she will give away three-fourths of the crop or the land will go to Sukhilala. Shamu runs away a few years later, not able to take the pressure. He leaves behind his wife to bring up their two sons, Ramu (Rajendra Kumar) and Birju (Sunil Dutt). While Ramu is calm and ready to help his mother on the farm, Birju is wild and wants to take revenge on Sukhilala.

A love story between Mahesh Deshmukh (Anil Kapoor) and Mohini (Madhuri Dixit) begins in college days. Mohini's father (Anupam Kher) who is a drunkard is against it as he wants her to do dance performances and earn for his wine. She is forced to be a dancer. Her father has borrowed a huge amount of money from Lotia Pathan. When he is unable to pay the money Mohini is kidnapped by Lotia Pathan so that she can pay her father's dues by doing indecent job. In the meantime Munna (Anil Kapoor) gets into trouble due to corrupt police officer and has to spend a lot of time in exile. He has to come back before the expiry of his exile period to rescue Mohini from Lotia. He is the only man in town who is capable of doing this. Will he succeed?

Only a woman protected by a man can transform into a serpent and destroy the dragon in a fight against the good and the evil. Trouble brews in Los Angeles as the Imoogi makes its way there, wreaking havoc. Reporter Ethan Kendrick (Jason Behr) takes it upon himself to save the city.
