Last month, TellyChakkar reported about BBC’s second non-fiction show, Desi Girl, to be aired on Imagine, where the celebrity actresses will battle it out amongst each other. The girls will be assigned tasks they will be expected to accomplish. The show boasts of names like Roshni Chopra, Sambhawna Seth, Kashmera Shah, Ishita Arun, Rucha Gujrati, Aushima Swaney and Monica Bedi. And now we hear that Anmol of
Raodies 5.0 fame is on-board too. The show will launch sometime next month.
A source informs, “Anmol is in
Desi Girl. Apparently, lots have been happening on the shoot of the show and expectedly with so many women around, fireworks and catfights were expected. Kashmera and Ishita are together and have been constantly taking jibes at Roshni, Sambhawna and Monica who are a trio. Both the gangs have been having some major showdowns on the show. Apparently, Rucha is the first one to get eliminated from the show.”
The show is being hosted by Rohit Roy and the shoot is taking place at a remote village near Chandigarh.
