Default Bean Dip (Super Bowl Recipes)


Prep Time: 30 minutes or less | Cook Time: 30 minutes or less | Serves: 4

Ingredients:







This will hopefully be the first of a series of simple recipes that you can whip up after a hard day. These are some of my cheap and easy standbys for busy weekday nights.

Bean Dip Recipe

1 Can black beans
1 Can diced tomatoes
1 Can Corn
1 Red Pepper
1 Green Pepper
1 Onion
2 cloves garlic
Cumin, any other spices you like
Lime Juice
Shredded Cheese (not pictured)

Step 1:






Dice yor peppers, onion and garlic, sweat over medium heat.

Step 2:






Add your corn, beans and tomatoes. Don't bother to drain first, just dump it all in.

Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes until heated through.
