configure union overtime requirements

Hi SAP Pros

I have the following scenario to configure
The company got recently unionized and after negotiations it was agreed that overtime will be evaluated on a daily basis and not a working week of 37.5 hrs i.e. if employee works more than 7.5 hrs work per day the additional hours will be valuated based on overtime rates. 1.5% . The maximum number of hours that the employee can work in a day is 10.5.

I would appreciate your help on the detailed configuring steps for this.

Which Time Module you are using..Positive Time or Negative Time??

If Negative time you should enter manully at IT2010.

Put 150% in V_512W_B table in the Overtime WT with daily rate valuation like 01 or 02.

When you enter 1 hr in IT2010 it will calculate 150% of daily rate.
