Meet (Vivek Oberoi), Amar (Ritesh Deshmukh) and Prem (Aftab Shivdasani) used to be at college together. Now that they have become married men who are also hard-working professionals, they have lost touch with one another. Then one fine day, out of the blue, they meet and decide to go out for a drink and dinner. All three of them lead miserable lives. Meet is married to a rich woman who controls his purse strings and is also obsessively in love with him. Prem is married to a woman who is constantly running to poojas and temples and is always fasting for some cause or another and never allows him anywhere near her. As for Amar, it appears that his wife came with his mother-in-law as a package deal, while the latter turns out to be a terror. At first, the men pretend that they are leading great lives. But a few meetings later, they realise the true state of their lives. They decide to have love affairs to spite their wives. And that is how they get to meet Monica (Lara Dutta). Monica is gorgeous and seems always ready to please them. None of the men realise that they have all fallen for the same woman. But things take a turn when they find Monica dead. And Inspector Sikander (Ajay Devgan) finds them hanging around the dead body. Will the three men be able to prove their innocence? And how do they plan to face their respective wives?

Squadron Leader Vikram Rathore (Sanjay Dutt) is an Indian Air Force pilot. While on a routine reconnaissance flight in the Kargil sector with flight Lieutenant Shezad Khan (Sunil Shetty) they suddenly spot a number of bodies strewn over a barren landscape. After approaching closer they spot a BSF soldier waving his hands to be rescued. They rescue the soldier and find a diary which unfolds the life story of Sepoy Tarun Chauhan (Bobby Deol). Also, it deals with the projects handled with his mentor, Havaldar Mohammed Ali (Ajay Devgan)
