Smita Singh to harass the kitchen bahus
Kitchen Champion that goes on air on Colors soon has a new twist in its format. Smita Singh who is known for her role as Punpunwali and who is co-hosting the show with Ronit Roy will play her character on the show.
A source says, “This season will see some funny moments on the sets as the contestants will get to play games. A game called Chef Chilly has been devised for the show where it will either provide the help to the contestants or land them in trouble. Those who win the game will get help from the chef for their cooking while the loser will have to bear Punpunwali whose job is to trouble them so that they get less time to cook. The participants of the show have already started liking her character on-screen and off-screen.”
Smita Singh confirmed her participation and said, “I am co-hosting this hilarous segment on the show and people will want to see it. I am more than happy to be doing this show and working with Ronit Roy.”
The female leads of shows on Colors will be seen as the participants on the show where Shivani Surve of
Phulwa is the only parallel lead to be part of the show. This season will have 30 episodes and it goes on air on May 23 at 1pm.
Guess it will be good to see the
bahus indulging in some funny kitchen politics.
