Set Admissability for Maternity/Paternity Leave
Use
In
USA both female and male employees are permitted to take leave when a child is born or adopted. Within the SAP Best Practices for HCM
USA infotype 0080 has been configured to allow Maternity leave for female employees and Parental leave for both male and female employees based on the provincial legislation. In addition to infotype 0080 configuration feature ‘MA***’ must also be configured. Additional customizing related to maternity and parental leaves under the Family Medical Leave Act is outlined in both the ‘Time Management’ and ‘Payroll’ user guides.
