On a Mac:
- Click on the Tab List ****on [IMG]http://web.mit.edu/SAPR3/docs/webdocs/images/****ons/b118.gif[/IMG] to select from the list. (The name of the tab may be wrong for the category you selected but the screen is correct.) Note: Using the left and right arrows is not recommended.
3. Type in your search criteria. You can enter more than one field.

| You can type part of a word followed by an asterisk (*) if you don't know the full name.

4. Type in a number to limit your search results in the Restrict number to field or click No restriction.
For more options on defining your search you can use the Selection Options ****on [IMG]http://web.mit.edu/SAPR3/docs/webdocs/images/****ons/b53.gif[/IMG] and the Multiple Selection ****on [IMG]http://web.mit.edu/SAPR3/docs/webdocs/images/****ons/b22.gif[/IMG] on this screen. They are described in detail in Reporting Fundamentals: Selection Options for Setting Report Parameters.
5. When you are finished, click the Enter ****on [IMG]http://web.mit.edu/SAPR3/docs/webdocs/images/****ons/b02.gif[/IMG].
6. When the list is displayed, double-click on the entry to select it.
