All former contestants came together to celebrate the occasion. Rahul Roy walked away with Rs 50 lakh prize money after three months in the house. The prize money was handed over to him by actor Arshad Warsi, the host of the Indian version of UK's Big Brother. The show is hitting the headlines following the race row over actress Shilpa Shetty which has caught the international fancy. A "stunned" Rahul admitted that the going was not easy inside the house, in the three-month stay, but attributed his success to the Almighty and his Guruji.

Baap of all reality shows, Bigg Boss' first season was a huge success. The drama was there for all to witness with 32 cameras on 24x7, monitoring 15 celebrities in one house for three months. Aired on Sony Entertainment Television, the show put the channel in the race for the top spot among entertainment channels.

"Big Boss 2 starts airing on Colors from Sunday, August 17 at 10pm. The house mates of the second season will be under the same roof at a house in Karjat." says Shilpa.

Abu Salem’s girl Monica Bedi: Monica Bedi (born January 18, 1975, Hoshiarpur, Punjab, India) is an Indian actress and companion of gangster Abu Salem. Rahul Mahajan (born 1974) in a Maharashtrian Deshastha Brahmin family is an Indian politician. He is son of the late Indian politician, Pramod Mahajan. Rahul Mahajan came into the news when his father was shot by his own brother and struggled for his life for twelve days before succumbing. Television footage showed him comforting his sister and mother and maintaining a stoic demeanour. There were rumours that Mahajan would be inducted into the BJP to follow his father's footsteps. However, exactly a month after his father's death on June 3, 2006, Mahajan was hospitalized after an alleged cocaine overdose. In July 2006, he got engaged to Shweta Singh-Mahajan someone who he has known for 13 years. Shweta has filed for divorce on grounds of incompatibility and mutual consent of both parties.
