Deena Krupa is a Malayali Origin. She worked in a Logistics unit in Dubai. During her stay in Dubai, Pradeep Machiraju announced his Match Making contest online and she applied to participate. She was shortlisted as one of the 14 contestants. She resigned her job to participate in this show.

Deena entered with a lovely song. She became very emotional and started crying on seeing Pradeep. After consoling her, they both started general intro. Pradeep complimented her by saying that she has a very pretty smile. Deena Krupa gifted Pradeep an Onam saree and asked him to present it to his mother. Pradeep was indeed impressed with the way she behaved.
