Easy Cheesy Crustless Quiche (French Recipes)
Prep Time: 30 minutes - 1 hour | Cook Time: 30 minutes - 1 hour | Serves: 4 Breakfast » Quiches » French Ingredients: http://www.visualrecipes.com/files/r...546_image2.jpg This is a great recipe I normally call Kitchen sink quiche, you can add so many things to it. Feel free to experiment! Remember if your going to add any veggies to it, drain them well. But this is a great easy basic quiche. And oh so yummy! - 1 cup of Milk or Cream or Half and Half (whatever you prefer) - 1 half of onion - 8 eggs - small hunk of Brie (1/4 of small container) - 8oz pack of any kind of Cheddar grated small pack of Mushrooms - 1 cup Parmesan cheese - 3-4 pieces of Ham (optional) diced up. (I used deli ham slices.) - small container of sour cream optional - 3 tablespoons of ****er - A couple of splashes of Olive oil (I prefer) but any will do. |
<table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="1"><tbody><tr><td align="center">Start by cutting up your onions and mushrooms and put them in a frying pan with your ****er. I do this on a medium heat for about 10 minutes.
</td> <td class="padImgLR"> </td></tr></tbody></table> |
Step 2: http://www.visualrecipes.com/files/r...546_image4.jpg You know they are done when the onions look kind of translucent. The veggies also shrink a little too. Now put this aside. |
Step 3: http://www.visualrecipes.com/files/r...546_image5.jpg Take the eggs, milk and cheddar cheese in a mixing bowl and give it a go until it is mixed well. Now put this aside for a moment. |
Step 4: http://www.visualrecipes.com/files/r...546_image6.jpg Start preparing your Brie by slicing it in strips. Brie is so soft and you can't grate it, this is the only way. Once your done doing that put it aside with the egg mixture and mushrooms and onions. |
