Asserting the same, Producer JD Majethia told TellyBuzz, "We have tried to take certain elements from the two epics and to make it a larger than life experience. To give it a complete cinematographic feel, we have shot in Lucknow, Faizabad, Ayodhya and have tried to accommodate all aspects required to make the sequence look perfect."

And as according to JD, it is Rahil Qaazi who is the man behind the entire conceptualization. The writer in his conversation said, "Yes, we have engraved certain epic elements in this serial, but we have done it within the parameters of the television industry, and nothing is off beat as such. I think the element of Ramayan and Mahabharat is present in the life of every layman, so we have just tried to portray it through a televised serial. We have shot in Ayodhya to make it look real, and hope that the audience like it."

Sana Shaikh will be playing the role of Reet, while stalwarts such as Vikram Gokhale, Yashpal Sharma, Lubna Salim amongst others.
