Can you help me with some real time scenarios for time management.
I recently learnt the configuration of Compensatory off, and Overtime after working x hrs per day.

But im thinking what cud be the real time requirements?

Im very new to SAPHR, and been practicing the config part. As of now, i finished PA,Benefits, ECM, Time ( Time im learning the Schema and PCR;s ).

I will have to start with Payroll. ESS/MSS.

I was told to learn ESS/MSS it wud take relatively lesser time than payroll. I guess market good for ESS/MSS ppl. Guide me on this.

Also i wud need the config docs for SAP ESS/MSS. I would request you to share with me if you have one.

Also regarding the payroll..I started with the Theory part of Payroll-US. Its so huge..i wud also like to knw, which areas in payroll i need to concentrate on. Kindly guide me on this too..
